We are looking for BSA Infra Senior ,Hybrid in Tambore ,Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career.

We are looking for a BSA Infra (Business System Analyst), who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid (2x in the office), in the region of Greater São Paulo ( Tamboré ).

In this role you will :

Application Development & Maintenance (60%)

• Develop, maintain, and enhance features for web applications using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices and security standards.
• Optimize application performance, including database queries, caching strategies, and frontend rendering.
• Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces supporting multiple languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English).
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems and third‑party services.

Production Support & Incident Management (25%)

• Provide Level 2 / 3 support for production applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents.
• Monitor application health using APM tools and proactively address performance degradation.
• Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve functional issues.

Technical Modernization & Innovation (15%)

• Implement security best practices including OWASP standards, secure coding, and vulnerability remediation.
• Modernize batch processing workflows to event‑driven architectures.
• Contribute to technical debt reduction and architectural improvements.
• Document technical designs, APIs, and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate should have :

• 5 to 10 years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or Support.
• Real-world experience using MS SQL Server (queries and triggers).
• Responsible for maintaining the production and test (UAT) environment.
• Manage project releases and support.
• Monitor maintenance windows (after 6 p.m.).
• Assist users during the approval stage.
• Incident management, assisting the L1 support team.
• Monitor root cause fixes with L2 and L3 teams.
• Follow up with users on ongoing incidents.

Language : Fluent Portuguese & intermediate English (capable of speaking & writing)
