A leading automotive technology company in Brazil is seeking a professional to support the CEO and Plant team in achieving economic objectives. The role involves monitoring key economic indicators, ensuring data reliability, and compliance with corporate guidelines. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in auditing. Knowledge of economics and fluency in English are essential.

Qualificações

MISSIONTo support the processes, planning and decision-making of the country / plant, in the processes bearing on industrial plants, with quality information and a reliable analysis made in a timely fashion.GENERAL FUNCTIONSSupport the CEO / COO and the Plant team in achieving the plant's economic objectives, and be responsible for tracking key economic indicators and ensuring the reliability of data and information, with the aim of facilitating decision-making and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.Attend to Plant Managers in achieving their economic objectives, being responsible for monitoring key economic indicators and guaranteeing the reliability of the data and the robustness of the industrial control processes.Coordinate, develop and ensure the implementation of the plant's BBP by ensuring that the quality of the data and the methodology used follows the guidelines set by the Corporation, and being responsible for all the economic information.Guarantee application of the Corporate Authorizations Policy.Ensure proper approval and monitoring of investments, both tangible and intangible.Report monthly to the Corporation, using the defined reports.Complete accounting closing reports, confirming that the system's primary data are correct.Calculate hourly accounting of the different productive sections.Generate the provisional Forecast information.Periodically develop the profitable analysis per Project (PLPRO).

Ensure the reliability of the data reported monthly in the plant's BSC, with the support of all duties, working on the monthly analysis of variances between actual and budget, providing an appropriate explanation for identifying improvement actions.Lead the charges to suppliers and customers charges committees of the plant.Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.

Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
