Responsibilities and assignments
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback from leaders and employees.
  • Provide support with the logistics of in-person and online training, including room scheduling, invitations, materials, attendance lists, and certificates.
  • Support in structuring learning paths and individual development plans (IDP).
  • Keep the training management system up to date.
  • Integration of new employees (onboarding).
  • Creation of content for courses, workshops and internal development campaigns focused on behavioral skills.
  • Conduct in-person and/or online training, using appropriate methods and tools, such as workshops.
  • Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and simulators.
  • Organize and manage training calendars, ensuring all teams receive the necessary training.
  • Work with other departments, such as Operations, Quality, and Safety, to ensure that training meets company standards and regulations.
  • Stay up to date on training and development trends and best practices, proposing constant improvements to existing programs.
Requirements and qualifications
  • Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related fields.
  • Previous experience in training and development.
  • Knowledge of training techniques and methodologies, including e-learning and active learning methodologies.
  • Proactivity, creativity and ability to work as a team.
  • Experience with digital training and learning management tools is desirable.
