A leading B2B solution provider in Brazil is looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR operations in their gaming studios. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be fluent in both Portuguese and English. This full-time position requires managing all aspects of HR from hiring to employee relations in an on-site work model.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a HR Manager for their Gaming studios in Brazil.

Position: HR Manager

Location: Sao Paolo, Brazil

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the sole HR representative in Brazil, with plans to build and lead a local HR team
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
  • Guide and help set up payroll processes in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Handle complex employee relations matters and internal investigations
  • Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Provide compensation analysis and prepare relevant business cases
  • Manage and maintain accuracy of the HR information system
  • Ensure smooth communication between HR, Operations, and other departments.
QUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Brazil
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is considered an asset.
