As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO and COO in high-impact searches across Technology and Financial Services.Candidate Sourcing & Research : Build strong pipelines, conduct structured research, market mapping, source and screen applicants, lead candidate scoring, and initial assessments.Recruiting Process Management : Manage candidate pipelines, conduct first-round screens, prepare concise summaries, support client communications, coordinate interviews, and other steps of the hiring process.Business Development Support : Research companies, markets, and potential clients, build prospect lists, market intelligence, and bring new ideas and initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile3-7+ years of experience in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.Experience in Tech or Financial Services is highly valued.Advanced English + Native Portuguese is required.
Spanish is highly valued.Analytical thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.
