What is Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 10 years of related experience in HR technology or payroll operations
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- In-depth understanding of payroll operations and HR processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Master’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
- Proven success in leading large-scale automation and technology transformation initiatives
- Experience managing and integrating enterprise HR systems across multiple functions
