Our technology team operates under a "remote‑first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil.
We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.
We are looking for a motivated Staff PM to lead our new Payout & Banking integrations neotribe, responsible for ensuring that all our landlords and agents are timely paid — a major pillar of our value proposition.
This person will be responsible for revamping our payout infrastructure, building a centralized banking data management solution and implementing an AI‑first experience to support customers in solving payout‑related doubts / issues and managing banking data information.
