Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development & Execution: Actively prospect and sell group tickets to KidZania's immersive experiences to schools, businesses, youth organizations, birthday parties, and other group entities.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Utilize a variety of external channels, including email, phone calls, social media platforms, networking groups, and local events to generate leads and drive ticket sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, offering top-tier customer service and support.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement unique sales strategies and ideas to engage potential clients and drive sales growth.
  • Meetings & Outreach: Schedule and conduct calls, appointments, and in-person meetings with prospective clients, ensuring a personalized and compelling sales pitch.
  • Sales Administration: Track all communication and sales activities using a CRM system to stay organized and up-to-date on client interactions.
  • Revenue Generation: Focus on maximizing sales and revenue by selling the full KidZania experience to various group types.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Participate in regular sales meetings and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and professional in communicating with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in group sales or event sales, is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-Driven: Must be highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency with social media and digital communication tools is important.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
