About the project

As a Senior Fullstack React Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions, ensure best practices in coding and architecture, and mentor junior developers. Your role involves driving technical decisions, optimizing performance, and contributing to the overall success of the product lifecycle.

How you’ll contribute

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies.
• Design and implement robust APIs and integrate them with front‑end components.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high‑quality features.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of experience working in React with Redux.
• 2+ Years of experience leading / mentoring a team of 5 people or more.
• 2+ Years of experience working with C# or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience working with Docker, Containers, Services / microservices.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
