A leading service management company is seeking an FSO Manager to oversee regional service operations in Brazil. The role includes managing daily activities and ensuring service levels are met. Responsabilidades

  • Oversee all regional service operations with a focus on transactional activities.
  • Maintain and manage Support and Service Levels.
  • Implement agreed changes in support or process.
  • Act as SPOC for required notifications and actions.
  • Conduct Weekly & Fortnightly Service Reviews.
  • Resolve escalations or issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage staff rosters and people management.
  • Track Dispatch and Schedule visits.
  • Create and track Non Standard Service Requests.

Overview

We are seeking an FSO Manager to oversee all regional service operations, with a strong focus on transactional activities at each local site, ensuring alignment with local business functions and entities.

This position follows a hybrid work model and must be performed from either Curitiba (PR) or São Paulo (SP).

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day to day activities on the ground and the primary responsibilities :
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing Support and Service Levels.
  • Responsible for timely implementation of any agreed changes in support or process.
  • Represent the region / country and act as SPOC for all required notifications / communications / actions / reporting.
  • Operational Governance – Weekly & Fortnightly Service Reviews with respective counter parts
  • Timely resolution of any Escalations or Issues.
  • Manages staff rosters for country and People management of all the staff in the country.
  • Request and tracking of Dispatch and Schedule visits.
  • Creation and tracking of any Non Standard Service Requests.
