FP&A role is rapidly evolving, adding more responsibilities and requiring a whole set of innovative capabilities.
Traditionally a financial reporting scope, FP&A has moved towards a more strategic position whereas business knowledge, alongside deepen financial technical skills, are inexorably intertwined to meet the Company ´s ambitions.
Granular understating of the business (per Brand, Channel and Region - opposing Entity understanding), greater focus on long-term (i.e 5Y planning) and an integrated business planning (Cockpit and digital / automated tools) are some of the new requirements that are driving FP&A into a Finance of the Future role.
