Position Available : Manager, FP&A and Planning

Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager, FP&A and Planning, the Financial Analyst will play a key role in product demand and revenue forecasting, supporting and managing the company's inventory pipeline.

This role will be deeply integrated with the Planning and Purchasing team and will collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders to drive success through management reporting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is motivated to improve processes, anticipate risks, and make data-driven business decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead execution of inventory and demand planning activities in a high-growth environment.
  • Actively monitor and address demand / supply-related issues to ensure balanced inventory levels.
  • Evaluate product performance and develop purchasing plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Optimize inventory across multiple warehouse locations and coordinate with logistics and production teams.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts and KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to standardize, improve, and automate forecasting and reporting tools.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting to provide insight into operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to process improvements with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What You’ll Need
  • 2–3 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, or data analytics experience.
  • CPA, MBA, or CFA designation is an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, with the ability to build, maintain, and update complex models.
  • Experience with BI / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of converting data into insights.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
