What You Will Do

As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of a strategic Supply Chain Finance team focused on inventory management, intercompany transactions, pricing, currency hedging, profit elimination, reconciliation, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

PIC Currency & Principal Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze currency impacts for budgets and actuals.
• Submit hedging exposures and assess their financial impact.
• Manage currency exchange risks across the supply chain.
• Perform profit elimination processes for intercompany transactions.
• Execute intercompany account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities (journal entries, variance analysis, reporting).
• Standardize and automate financial processes.
• Maintain documentation and controls in line with SOX and audit requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a multinational or supply chain environment.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience as a finance or business partner.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, internal controls).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
