We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Apprentice to support our Finance team in daily financial activities. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business support within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Help monitor expenses, invoices, and cost controls
• Organize and maintain financial documents and spreadsheets
• Support monthly closing activities and reconciliations
• Assist in data analysis and preparation of management reports
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information
• Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Eligible for an internship under Brazilian labor law (Lei do Estágio – Lei nº 11.788/2008)
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables is a plus)
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Apprenticeship Duration

• 6 to 24 months
