About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced professional with a strong focus on the administration and support of Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing corporate environments and working with mission-critical technologies that ensure business continuity. This role requires availability to participate in an on-call rotation and the ability to communicate in English with global teams. The position is offered under a contractor model.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Exchange 2016 and Office 365 environments, ensuring platform availability, stability, and performance.
  • Manage and optimize Active Directory environments, including security policies, authentication, and organizational structures.
  • Create, review, and automate processes using PowerShell to increase efficiency and operational control.
  • Provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system migrations, and upgrades.
  • Be available to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, responding to incidents and critical issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Exchange 2016, including maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with Office 365, focusing on identity administration, licensing, and end-user support.
  • Solid hands‑on experience with Active Directory, including DNS, Group Policies (GPOs), and authentication.
  • Advanced PowerShell skills, with the ability to build and maintain scripts for automation and problem resolution.
  • Conversational English is required, as the role involves interaction with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Availability to work under a contractor model.
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft certifications related to the responsibilities of the role.
  • AWS experience is a plus.
