A global remote assistance company is seeking a Customer Support Agent proficient in English (C1). As part of a remote team, the candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries and collaborating with technical teams for solutions. The role offers a starting salary of $900, increasing to $950 after two months, alongside bonuses and comprehensive benefits including paid vacation and sick leave.

Schedule: 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24 / 7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest)
