They will be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues efficiently, while also possessing excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. The successful candidate will have fluent English language skills (C1 level), which will enable them to interact effectively with international clients.
They will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaboratively within a team.
