Role Description :

We are seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support day‑to‑day online store operations. This role involves managing product listings, processing orders, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will help maintain accurate store data, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage and update product listings on ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics or fulfillment teams.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock updates.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions on the online store.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and store analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams as needed.
Qualifications :
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, or online store management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
