What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to ensure operational excellence
  • Oversee controllable costs and full P&L performance, including shrink, payroll, and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations
  • Partner with Marketing and vendors to execute promotions and launch new products
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and inspections to maintain high standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail business experience, including at least 2 years of management responsibility
  • Proven multi-unit leadership experience in convenience, retail, or similar sectors
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with P&L responsibility
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Current valid driver's license required to operate a company vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and customer service orientation
