A leading digital agency is seeking a Director of Paid Search to lead their remote team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in paid search, with a strong ability to mentor team members and manage client relationships effectively. This is a fully remote role and you must be located in MST or PST Time Zones.
About You
You have a true talent for paid search, blending strategy, creativity, and leadership. You have extensive knowledge of SEM standards and lead by example, demonstrating best practices and facilitating knowledge-sharing. You work closely with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth activations and client goal achievement.
You are committed to building a thriving team, fostering growth and development, and staying up-to-date with the latest SEM updates. You bring innovation, champion performance, and hold yourself accountable to client partners and KPIs.
We expect Directors to be experts in paid search activation strategy, understanding how it fits within the integrated media ecosystem. They oversee technical expertise, delivery excellence, and a team of paid search experts, supporting career growth plans and team member satisfaction.
