Job Title

Customer Service Specialist

Pay Rate

Part‑Time Monthly Rates: $840‑$1,400 (20 hours per week)

Full‑Time Monthly Rates: $1,680‑$2,800 (40 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $10.5‑$17.5 depending on experience. Payments are calculated on the number of hours worked daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third‑party platforms. Once a rate has been offered, it is non‑negotiable.

Work Schedule

The schedule will vary depending on the position and client request. All clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in U.S. time zones.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries and complaints, manage customer accounts, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Job Tasks
  • Customer Support – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution – Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or elevate when necessary.
  • Account Management – Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in the system.
  • Product Knowledge – Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
  • Communication – Build positive relationships with customers through empathetic and clear communication.
  • Reporting and Feedback – Document customer interactions, track recurring issues, and provide feedback to improve service quality.
