A global research organization in São Paulo is seeking a Custom Recruitment Coordinator to create and implement tailored recruitment plans for diverse market research studies. This role involves coordinating efforts across multiple live projects, using various recruitment tools, and providing updates to project teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and be fluent in French. The position allows for remote work and supports a dynamic team environment.

TheCustom RecruitmentCoordinatoris responsible forcreating and implementingaCustomRecruitmentplan onallocatedQualitative and Quantitative projectsandexecutingtherelatedCustomRecruitment tasks,ensuring their successful delivery within the provided budget and timelines. TheCustomRecruitment Assistantliaises withotherstakeholdersof projectstoincrease number of internal completesdeliveredandensure panel growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Have an excellent understanding ofCustomrecruitmentstrategiesfor quantitative and qualitative studies; collaborate with Project Stakeholders to bestutilizeavailable options for maximum results.
Coordinate Custom recruitmenteffortsfor up to25 live projects tomaintainthe knowledge and experience on market research recruitment for quantitative and qualitative studies.
Demonstrate complete confidence on using all recruitment platforms and tools,including but not limited toproprietary systemsfor managing market research recruitment, external and internalbulkemail/SMSplatforms,surveysystems(limited),social media,and variousothermarketingand multi-mediaplatforms.
Attend IKO and project related meetings with PMs for projects assignedand share noteson agreed plan of action.
Create a custom recruiting strategy on projects assigned,initiateand/or execute tasks as outlined,monitoringprogress, andadjustingrecruiting strategy to ensure themaximuminternal sample is achieved to meet client needs andmaintainprofit targets.
Recommend alternative internal sampling strategies to maximize internal completes.
Communicate recruitment updates, status, and issues to internal project teams through email, meetings or as agreedinregular intervals.
EnsureCustom Recruitmentactionsare completed in line withrequiredtimelinesfor all assigned projects.
Proactively seek alternativeCustom Recruitmentstrategies and provide ideas to improve response rate and reduce costs in each project.
Assistthe team in developing custom recruitment strategies togrowmembership of the M3 Global Research panel.
Provide insightful and relevant feedback on projects feasibility based on gathered market intelligence upon desk research.
Provide constructive feedback to the line manager andassistin bringing ideas on areas where M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools can be improved in their functionality.
Education and Training Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Relevant coursework in market research or healthcarepreferred, butnotrequired.
Minimum Experience:
0– 1 year of market research experience
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, withdemonstratedknowledge of English grammar rules
Fluent in French
Strong Microsoft Office skills(Excel)and quick learner ofnew technologies/software
Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc
Interest / natural curiosity orpreviousexperience /exposure within the healthcare space
Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success
Ability towork autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmentalobjectives.
Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
