CRM Integrations Specialist

We seek a proactive and skilled CRM Integrations Specialist to oversee the successful deployment and ongoing management of HighLevel. This role involves client onboarding, training, support, and strategic consulting to ensure our clients fully leverage the platform to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding & Training – Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition onto the customized Go High Level platform.
  • CRM & Workflow Management – Manage and optimize Go High Level CRM, including lead tracking, scoring, and sales handoffs; design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow‑ups, and retention.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution – Oversee campaign planning and execution within Go High Level, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Client Success & Strategy – Serve as the primary point of contact, consult on optimization and automation opportunities, monitor satisfaction and retention, and proactively address churn.
  • Systems Integration & Collaboration – Manage system integrations between Go High Level and other marketing tools, collaborate with internal teams, and work with developers on API‑based or custom integrations.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization – Track and interpret campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, deliver training sessions, and provide ongoing support to maximize platform value.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and website optimization.
  • Proven success as a Go High Level specialist or with a comparable CRM platform.
  • Experience developing and executing multi‑channel campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing integrations, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing data interpretation and reporting.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or marketing automation environment is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of coding (Python or JavaScript) considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
