We're looking for a talented CRM and Loyalty Senior Manager who expects more from their career.

We expect Media & Customer Engagement (Loyalty, Lifecycle and Personalization) experience and expertise, coupled with strong Latam market knowledge in order to win new business, grow client value, our people and dunnhumby.

What we expect from you
  • Portuguese and English spoken languages fluently, Spanish is a plus
  • Lead delivery of consulting projects for priority clients ensuring excellent standards based on global best practices
  • Partner with Sales and Client teams to understand new and existing client needs, support new business and existing client account development and sell in relevant and compelling proposition.
  • Support pre-sales activities in coordination with Sales and Client teams
  • Liaise with Media & CE Consulting Teams in other regions to define and drive best practices globally, and support CE & Media training of dunnhumby sales teams through leading / supporting training sessions and contributing to content updates
  • Build compelling Media & Customer Engagement case studies based on the value we've added for clients in the Region working closely with Product & Product Marketing teams
