We're looking for a hands‑on Creative Producer who can design, write, and produce scroll‑stopping social content‑fast‑while staying 100% consistent with brand voice.

What you'll own (deliverables)
  • Copywriting + captions (English): Social captions that sound natural, on‑brand, and conversion‑friendly; hooks, CTAs, and short ad copy variations; light editing / polishing to match brand tone (not “AI‑sounding”).
  • Social content production (AI + editing): Short‑form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts‑style) using AI video generation tools + editing workflows; content repurposing (turn long ideas into short clips, carousels, and posts).
  • Design for campaigns + marketing assets: Carousels (clean, modern, branded, readable); creative assets for ads, email warmups, newsletters, and promotional campaigns; visual variations for testing (formats, messaging angles, layouts).
What success looks like in this role
  • Deliver high‑quality creative on time‑consistently.
  • Match a brand's look and tone quickly (even if it's niche or premium).
  • Captions and copy feel native‑level English (not awkward or generic).
  • Our content looks more polished, more clickable, and more “brand‑safe” across channels.
Must‑have requirements (please don't apply without these)
  • Strong English writing and communication (you can write for English‑speaking audiences without heavy rewriting).
  • Proven ability to create carousels + short‑form videos that match a brand style.
  • Ability to do copywriting + design + video (this is not a “designer‑only” role).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for ideation + video generation + faster production.
  • A portfolio that shows real examples (not just mockups).
Nice‑to‑haves (not required, but a big plus)
  • Experience creating assets for paid ads (Meta / TikTok / YouTube).
  • Understanding of direct‑response principles (hooks, clarity, benefit‑led copy).
  • Motion graphics or advanced editing skills.
  • Experience with email marketing creative (newsletters, warmups, promos).
  • Tools (examples - use what you're best with): Figma / Adobe / Canva; CapCut / Premiere; Runway / Descript / AI video tools; ChatGPT (or similar) for ideation + drafts.
Pace & workflow expectations
  • Fast turnaround and proactive communication.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • You'll receive brand references, creative direction, and examples‑then you execute with minimal hand‑holding.
