A global real estate company is seeking a Sales Lead in São Paulo to join their B2C Inbound Sales department. The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, developing training programs, and analyzing market trends. Candidates are expected to have 2-3 years of leadership experience in a sales role, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Preference will be given to those with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and an MBA or postgraduate degree is a differentiator.
