We are looking to recruit a Sales Lead based in São Paulo to join our B2C Inbound Sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs focused on sales techniques and processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Generate and present insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze pricing and portfolio performance to maximize sales & financial results
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a sales role (experience in real estate is not required).
  • Proven ability to train and develop sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and document processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • MBA / Postgraduate degree are considered differentiators.
