Overview

We are an international technology company operating in the sports betting and iGaming industry. With offices across multiple regions, we are growing rapidly and expanding our presence in Brazil. We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team and support our Legal, Compliance, and Sales departments in delivering a seamless experience to our clients.

As a Contracts & Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, ensuring efficient contract workflows, and supporting compliance operations. You will act as the bridge between our LATAM clients and internal teams across the globe, helping us maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Legal / Compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with the Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist the AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding and Due Diligence processes.
  • Support the local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.
  • Coordinate external advisors (lawyers, accountants) when required.
  • Provide support on general Brazilian corporate matters while liaising with Head Office.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace).
