Position Mission

Are you passionate about efficiency data and process transformation ABB is looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the Electrification division. This position plays a strategic role in enhancing operational excellence across the Supply Chain function supporting decision-making and implementing data-driven solutions that improve performance automation and reliability across the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategies setting targets tracking KPIs and correcting deviations.
• Provide actionable data and insights to planning and purchasing teams to support strategic decisions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resolving operational issues with effective solutions.
• Manage the SQL Server environment and maintain routines views and queries.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Business Administration or Data-related fields.
• Experience with Excel Power BI SAP Snowflake VBA and SQL.
• Advanced knowledge in data analysis and operational performance indicators.
• Strong communication negotiation and continuous improvement leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Supply Chain Quality and Supplier Management processes.
