We are searching for the best talent for a Content Coordinator - Digital Engagement Channels with HCPs role based in our J&J offices in São Paulo, Mexico City or Bogotá.
Purpose: The Content Coordinator will work together with agencies, clients and partners ensuring digital channels’ plans, processes and teams needs to guide coming actions and to improve content performance in Latin America, focused on achieving healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for:
Managing external digital content channels frameworks and its ways of working (paid and owned), including action plans, looking for content optimization, cost optimization and quality improvement.
Monitoring the tools and systems used, providing support and seeking continuous improvement.
Being a guardian of the content channels processes and flows in the team, always seeking their improvement and modernization.
Creating, reviewing and sharing guidelines for suppoting internal decisions.
Identifying technology, process, communication and knwoledge gaps in the area, seeking for smart and scalable solutions, with internal and external partners.
Job Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required: more than 5 years of professional experience in digital content channels.
Previous experience in large companies or agencies.
Experience in planning, performance management and developing guidelines.
Expertise in content systems and tools.
Strong analytical and training skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Time and budget management.
Other: Proficiency in Portugues, advanced English and Spanish is required. Position is hybrid, what requires 3x week in the office.
