Position: Commercial Casualty Claims Injury and Litigation Manager
Salary: Starting at $126,500 - $151,500 commensurate based on experience and location

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to join our team. As a Commercial Claims Injury and Litigation Manager, you will manage the claims technical activities of Claim or Staff operations. Responsibilities include managing claim Supervisors who oversee the investigation and settlement of claims, providing guidance on technical or procedural problems concerning complicated claims, understanding and managing claim-related expenses, handling vendor management, and recommending procedural changes as needed.
Annual Salary: $115,825.00 - $181,425.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate, including scope and responsibilities of the role, experience, education and training, work location, and market considerations.
