What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee the full spectrum of investigator engagement from identification to study closeout
  • Serve as a clinical trial scientific ambassador, ensuring investigators understand protocol and requirements
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with investigators to enhance enrollment
  • Lead site-level strategy and risk planning to ensure enrollment and data delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational barriers and maintain trial momentum
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific, clinical, or health-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oncology
  • Willingness to relocate to the designated South region (Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GCP, clinical development, and trial lifecycle
  • Proven ability to influence clinical site performance and drive enrollment success
  • Experience working with regulators or national bodies in support of clinical trial delivery
  • Deep therapeutic area knowledge and familiarity with local clinical research ecosystems
