Machinify is a leading healthcare intelligence company with expertise across the payment continuum, delivering value, transparency, and efficiency to health plan clients across the country. We are reimagining what’s possible in our industry with a configurable, AI-powered platform and expert support. This role is full remote, located in California, and part of the Customer Success Team as a Client Manager focusing on client interactions, processes, and improving client success within our payment integrity platform.
The ideal hire will ensure timely issue resolution and take action on anticipated client needs to deliver value, collaborating with operational and technical teams to optimize success and deliver the best value to our clients through strong support strategies.
What you’ll do
- Ensure the Machinify team delivers value to clients through efficient operational processes, enhanced reporting, comprehensive user training, and exceptional support strategies
- Help create and drive execution on client strategy including intentional relationship building and supporting growth expansion initiatives
- Identify actionable insights from healthcare claims data and results
- Project financial results and company revenue based on KPI data and business dynamics
- Review all client-facing reporting for accuracy, including reporting that covers: impacts of policy customizations or modifications; comparing actual results to expectations; trends by product, line of business, policy, providers, etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned client’s organizational structure, business objectives, and opportunities, translating that into a value proposition Machinify can deliver against
- Generate materials and reporting to deliver insights to the customer and demonstrate program performance against key success metrics
- Document and provide organizational visibility to key internal stakeholders on insights, risks, and client activities and expectations; track progress of initiatives
- Work with leadership to communicate actionable findings to support client understanding of the data
- Become an expert on company platform(s) to support client workflow, delivery, and user onboarding and training
- Introduce new functionality and capabilities and obtain product feedback for the Product team
- Support client contracting efforts and SLA management
- Monitor solution performance and deliver quantifiable and qualitative insights to customers via regular meetings and reviews
- Act as a key contact for client inquiries, support, and all key deliverables
- Occasional travel requirements up to 25% of the year to meet client needs
Role Requirements
- 5-7 years in client-facing roles (client management, customer success, or similar)
- Proven track record for cultivating and influencing relationships within the healthcare payer market
- Previous experience in the healthcare Payment Integrity space highly preferred
- Analytical strength to observe, understand questions, and explain answers in healthcare claims data
- Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting materials and speaking on topics extemporaneously
- Ability to work with a range of individuals and manage multiple requests with fast turnaround
- Driven self-starter mindset, eager to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate autonomously
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Holds a high level of integrity

Pay range: $130,000-$175,000 USD; role is eligible for Annual Performance Bonus
This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
