Finance Manager Role

Seeking a highly skilled finance manager to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to drive business growth through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Treasury Management: Monitor daily cash flow and project future balances, manage bank accounts and reconciliations, plan fund transfers, and ensure banking security.
• Accounts Payable: Coordinate payment cycles, post invoices accurately, implement payment policies, control due dates for contracts, monitor advances, and support financial automation initiatives.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Coordinate billing, monitor delinquency reports, implement collection policies, develop management reports by property / project, and negotiate with customers and legal teams when required.
• Credit Management: Implement and review the company's credit policy, perform customer analysis, classify customers according to risk levels, monitor delinquency indicators, train commercial and operational teams, and lead continuous improvement projects.
