In this role, you will drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and represent Teltonika in the Brazilian market. Teltonika’s headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high‑tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand, as well as all representative offices worldwide. Teltonika offers an opportunity for an experienced and visionary leader to shape market strategy, build high‑performing teams, and directly impact the long‑term success of a fast‑growing global IoT organization.

Responsibilities
  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate business strategies that support long‑term growth in the Brazilian market.
  • Provide quarterly performance reports, including KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans, to the Group Executive Team.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to align local execution with global strategy.
  • Ensure the financial health of local operations by making data‑driven decisions that optimize profitability and sustainability.
  • Lead, build, and develop local teams, fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and conduct structured performance reviews with senior leadership team members.
  • Fulfill sales and cost targets set by the Head of the Region.
  • Prepare, adapt, and manage internal systems and training programs in alignment with global standards.
  • Partner with the global HR team to ensure compliant, consistent, and effective people management practices.
  • Prepare, review, and approve client contracts in accordance with applicable Brazilian laws and regulations.
  • Adapt global strategies to local market conditions, cultural nuances, and customer behavior.
  • Represent Teltonika professionally and strengthen the employer brand within the local business community.
  • Ensure sustainable growth and operational scalability of the Brazilian office.
  • Oversee compliance with regional regulatory, tax, logistics, and international shipping requirements.
  • Monitor global economic trends and assess their impact on local and international business operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business operations or general management with full P&L responsibility.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of office operations, administrative systems, and business processes.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, local legal requirements, data management, and compliance practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and within matrixed global organizations.
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to implement group‑wide initiatives at the local level.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced or growth‑oriented environments.
