The LATAM Channel Manager is responsible for accelerating growth across Latin America by driving performance through our channel partner (distributor) network and executing our go-to-market strategy. This includes implementing targeted initiatives that fuel revenue growth, delivering high-impact marketing and training programs, and ensuring partner performance is consistently aligned with strategic goals and KPIs. Regular travel across the region is required to engage directly with channel partners and their customers, ensuring strong relationships and a deep understanding of local market needs.
This position reports to the Commercial General Manager, Americas and is part of the Americas Commercial Organization.

The salary range for this role is up to 375,000 BRL. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) to eligible employees.
