Qualificações

  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.
  • Solid understanding of brokerage services and trading platforms.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners.
  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams.

Role Overview:

FP Markets is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Brazil.
  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry.
  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.
  • Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Will be considered as a plus:
  • Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
