We are looking for an Audio-Visual Manager to join an ambitious, international team based in São Paulo, responsible for delivering top-quality AV solutions across media production, live events, and internal communications.

What you’ll do

• Install, configure, and test AV systems and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality for video, sound, and broadcast needs.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of audiovisual hardware and systems diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruption.
• Design and implement custom AV installations: from technical infrastructure to live event setups, tailored to specific project requirements.
• Manage live-event production: set up and operate transmission links, video switchers, camera systems, and live-streaming or broadcast equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and technical standards while working closely with other teams and stakeholders to fulfill project demands.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging AV technologies, bringing innovation and continuous improvement to workflows and setups.

Who were looking for

• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with strong proficiency in English capable of clear communication across technical and managerial contexts.
• Solid background in electronic engineering, media-production, video systems or equivalent technical field; experience with camera operation, video switchers, live-video compositing (e.g. chroma key), and signal transmission infrastructure.
• Strong project management skills, including planning installations, managing equipment lifecycles, and coordinating with teams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities; ability to stay calm and perform under pressure, especially during live productions or complex technical challenges.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn; motivated to keep skills fresh and follow evolving AV standards and best practices.
