Qualificações

  • Formação em área relacionada é necessária.

Responsibilities
  • Perform salary calculation, pay slip creation and distribution through email, provision of data for annual salary review / variable pay budgeting, payroll enquiries and problem resolution, and payroll reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain employee payroll records accurately and in a timely manner in SAP, complying with the Service Level Agreement mutually agreed with the Business Groups.
  • Attend to and process customer enquiries and requests by applying HR standard operating procedures and utilizing problem solving skills for resolution.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service and handling all customer requests professionally.
  • Clear all outstanding service request tickets as assigned by the Team Lead / Function Lead by attending to the request immediately once it is assigned to individuals in the assignee group.
  • Verify and resolve employee payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing individual employee information and confirming discrepancies with Business Group HR counterparts; alert the Team Lead / Function Lead.
  • Contribute to the operational process improvement activity by providing support to the Team Lead / Function Lead in any continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A degree in the related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role (advantageous but not essential).
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
