Qualificações

  • Ability to execute warranty/defects product exchange processes for customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with Authorized Service Provider requests for spare parts information.
  • Proactive adaptability to trends and scenarios.

  • Execute the warranty/defects products exchange process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist ASP requests including spare parts prices and information.

Main activities :
  • 3. Execute the warranty / defects products exchange process, trade-in, RBR (repair by replacement) or DOA (damage on arrival) processes to guarantee the customer satisfaction.
  • 4. Assist an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) requests such as spare parts prices and part numbers information.
Desired profile | Hard Skills :
  • Knowledge of Electricity and Electronics (basic concepts)
  • Knowledge of Metrology
  • Advanced English language
