What You'll Be Doing

• Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations;
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen);
• Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites;
• Debug and resolve complex production issues;
• Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams;
• Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence;

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development;
