This position will serve the social app(SOYO / SOYOU) business unit.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Independently recruit and manage agencies (at least 200‑300 hosts per month), hosts, and coin‑dealers.

Resource Acquisition: Engage with and recruit high‑value resources, and ensure their maintenance.

Strategy Development: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.

Salary: basic + KPI + bonus
