Responsibilities
  • This position is 100% remote, based in Spain.
  • Proactive customer support: Proactively manage existing relationships, ensure the highest satisfaction levels by addressing customer needs and concerns, and contribute to maintaining a predictable order flow.
  • Collaborate with the international team: Work closely with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination.
  • Maintain customer focus: Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, actively striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the leading provider of IoT connectivity.
  • Sales forecasting and database management: Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant and current information.
  • Trade shows: Occasionally visit regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales.
  • Experience in inside sales with a focus on SMB is a big plus.
  • Good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions / connectivity, and various IoT verticals.
  • Experience with Salesforce is considered a plus.
  • Structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with external partners.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player.
  • Practical mentality, positive attitude, and thirst for knowledge.
  • Capability to work independently and goal-oriented, even remotely.
