What Does This Training Cover?

Our program is designed for individuals who wish to become Salesforce Administrators. A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Core platforms, ensuring that companies can provide more personalized and automated experiences for their customers. Also, a Salesforce Administrator can work with B2B (business to business) commerce, D2C (direct to customer) commerce, or Salesforce Order Management solutions.

Participants will gain a foundational understanding of:

They will also spend one week focusing on essential Soft Skills expected of professionals in the field.
