Job Description

1. Req#: 5129592
2. Objective: To provide professional training to individuals, contributing to their preparation and qualification for the job market.
3. In alignment with our purpose of 'building a more prosperous society together' and recognizing the importance of learning to enhance skills and talents, our Cooperative will offer 70 spots for Professional Training in Credit Cooperativism, with 2 spots per agency in our area of operation.
4. This initiative aims at the social and economic development of the community where we operate through knowledge sharing, also supporting the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
5. Selected candidates will be chosen by the agencies with support from the Cooperative's Human Resources department, during the last week of July. The course is scheduled to start in August 2023.

Main Responsibilities

1. Topics include:
2. ✓ Module: awakening and discernment - fostering enthusiasm for cooperativism;
3. ✓ Module: preparation - professional training in credit cooperativism;
4. ✓ Module: cultivation - developing complementary skills.
5. Note: Participants must attend all modules.
6. Facilitator: TECPUC.
7. Workload: 800 hours.
8. Schedule: recorded and live classes, with flexibility to attend at available times.
9. Location: online classes on TECPUC platform.
