The opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Officer to join our Master Data, Deals & Pricing team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality data outcomes that support both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain pricing and product data within published lead times
• Review and validate data before and after entry into our system
• Prioritise tasks in line with departmental SOPs and service level agreements
• Support quality assurance processes to maintain ISO certification
• Assist with reporting, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve data-related issues
• Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment

What You'll Bring:

• Proven data entry experience with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy (99%+ expected)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to learn and navigate in-house systems confidently
• Calm under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
