Job description
Head of Growth – Business Development & Partnerships (Disability Provider)

Competitive annual salary + travel reimbursement

At United Foundation, we empower people with disability to live independently and thrive in their communities. We provide a range of NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) in modern apartment-style home, In-home support, and Community participation programs.

This role is either 2-3 days in our Sydney CBD office (close to Town Hall, Central, and Museum stations), with the rest of the week spent on the road meeting stakeholders and driving growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Growth to lead our next phase of national growth across NDIS core supports, plan management, mainstream services, and in-home care.

This is not just a leadership role, you’ll be hands‐on, driving your own growth targets while coaching a high‑performing business development team. You’ll shape our expansion strategy, lead the development of new markets and partnerships, and help define our positioning in the NDIS ecosystem. You’ll work closely with execs and collaborate cross‑functionally with service delivery, tech, finance, and marketing.

This is a high‑impact role in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented business, and a key part of our executive team.

  • Lead national growth strategy across UFC and contribute to broader Seek Lifestyle Group initiatives
  • Build and lead a lean, high‑performance business development team (currently 4 direct reports)
  • Drive revenue growth through referral networks, partnerships, B2B relationships, and digital lead‑gen
  • Strengthen UFC’s presence with Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee UFC’s brand refresh, market positioning, and value proposition
  • Expand UFC’s footprint into new territories (e.g. QLD, SA, regional NSW)
  • Use sales, marketing, and retention data to optimise decision‑making and team performance
  • Report regularly to senior executives and board on growth performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Tech, Ops, and Service Delivery to scale customer experience and retention strategies
About You

We don’t expect perfection, but if you meet most of these, let’s talk:

  • Proven experience in a Growth, BDM, or commercial leadership role in NDIS, aged care, allied health, or health tech
  • Ability to build and lead high‑performing teams
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, especially with operations, finance, marketing, and tech
  • Skilled in using data and dashboards to drive accountability and results
  • Comfortable reporting to senior executives and presenting to board‑level stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the NDIS ecosystem and a strong existing network across Support Coordinators and stakeholders is highly desirable
  • Experience with Hubspot (Salesforce a bonus)
  • A self‑starter attitude and a track record of hitting or exceeding growth targets
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and access to your own vehicle
Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure
  • A collaborative, high‑growth environment, no NFP red tape
  • Influence at executive level and own company‑wide growth strategy
  • Work with passionate, driven people who want to make a real difference
  • True flexibility, autonomy, and an opportunity to scale something meaningful

We provide equal Employment Opportunities for everyone. We value lived experience and strongly encourage applications from those living with disabilities, those from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and mature aged applicants.

Your application will include the following questions:

  • Do you have experience in the NDIS, aged care, healthcare, or allied health sector?
  • Have you led a commercial or growth strategy that scaled a business from Are you confident using data and metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, revenue dashboards) to drive and coach performance?
