At United Foundation, we empower people with disability to live independently and thrive in their communities. We provide a range of NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) in modern apartment-style home, In-home support, and Community participation programs.
This role is either 2-3 days in our Sydney CBD office (close to Town Hall, Central, and Museum stations), with the rest of the week spent on the road meeting stakeholders and driving growth.
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Growth to lead our next phase of national growth across NDIS core supports, plan management, mainstream services, and in-home care.
This is not just a leadership role, you’ll be hands‐on, driving your own growth targets while coaching a high‑performing business development team. You’ll shape our expansion strategy, lead the development of new markets and partnerships, and help define our positioning in the NDIS ecosystem. You’ll work closely with execs and collaborate cross‑functionally with service delivery, tech, finance, and marketing.
