What’s the role?

We’re looking for an Executive Manager to lead risk in change activities across the Financial Markets Transformation Portfolio. You’ll work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and risk partners to identify and manage delivered risks, support strategic execution, and embed a strong risk culture.

This role covers initiatives like Front Office Simplification, Product System upgrades, Platforms & Data, and Regulatory / Remediation programs. You’ll operate autonomously, lead risk workshops, and represent Risk in Change in senior forums.

This is a Permanent fulltime role based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements available (3 days in the office).

We’re after someone with deep risk expertise and strong market knowledge, who thrives in complex change environments.
