About the role

Reporting to the Chief Concierge you will be responsible for:

• Luggage, valet of cars and any guest requests.
• Providing front line guest service demonstrating our "Taking Initiative" guest service culture.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency when dealing with guest requests.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experiences:

• Preferable has previous experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
• Available to work public holidays, weekends, Saturday and Sunday each week.
• Excellent standard of personal presentation.
• Basic computer and telephone skills.

• Full NSW Manual Drivers Licence.
