Payment Collection

• Collect payments from customers as per agreed payment terms.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and coordinate with the finance team.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop strong relationships with retail staff and managers to ensure smooth sales and merchandising operations.
• Address any customer queries or issues in a professional manner.

Reporting

• Provide regular updates on sales performance, merchandising and payment collections.
• Highlight any challenges or opportunities in the market to the sales manager.
• Provide insights into the actions, strategies and market presence of competitors.
