• Perform maintenance and repair of rig equipment, including engines, pumps, air compressors, hoisting equipment, and rotating machinery.
• Ensure proper functioning of draw works, top drive systems, mud pumps, and other critical components.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance as per OEM and company standards.
• Respond promptly to mechanical failures and assist in emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain proper logs and maintenance records.
• Work closely with rig electricians, drillers, and HSE personnel to ensure rig safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all HSE regulations and company policies.
• Participate in toolbox talks and rig-up/rig-down activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical trade
• 4–10 years of hands-on experience in land/offshore rig maintenance
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in drilling equipment
• Familiarity with brands like NOV, Caterpillar, EMD, or similar
• Physically fit, willing to work in remote/onshore/offshore environments
• Valid H2S, BOSIET, or equivalent certifications (preferred)

• Salary: AED 4,500 per month
• Benefits: Accommodation + Transportation + Food Provided
• Rotation: 60 Days On / 30 Days Off (Rotation Ticket Included)
